Assembly praise from Partnership - LAA update and NAVCA Public Law Project latest

And finally, NAVCA are running a Public Law Project, a very useful and potentially powerful tool for the Voluntary and Community Sector, entitled Empowering The Voluntary Sector. Their May 2007 newsletter includes a successful challenge of Doncaster LSP by this project which resulted in £50,000 of funding being restored to a voluntary sector organisation!
There will be training on the Public Law Project in Hereford on Tuesday 6th November 2007.
