NCVO's Stuart Etherington to speak at Herefordshire Third Sector Conference

Herefordshire's Third Sector Forum is delighted to announce two key speakers for their first conference on Wednesday 10 February 2010 in The Kindle Centre, Hereford:
- Stuart Etherington, Chief Executive of National Council for Voluntary Organisations
- Julie Gethin, Head of Herefordshire Partnership Support Team
The new Herefordshire Third Sector Forum is supported by The Alliance, Herefordshire Infrastructure Consortium, and the Voluntary Sector Assembly. This event has been kindly funded by Herefordshire Partnership as part of its commitment to support the Review of Third Sector Engagement.
Regional Action West Midlands has also been undertaking a review of Third Sector Engagment at the regional level to make sure the sector still has a voice when the Regional Assembly is disbanded. To that end they are in the process of setting up a West Midlands Regional Assembly. A summary report of the consulation about this proposal can be downloaded below and will be included in the delegate papers on 10 February 2010.
