The Herefordshire Partnership has recently agreed a 14 year plan - the Community Strategy (previously known as the Herefordshire Plan) which sets out key issues and aspirations for Herefordshire. The Community Strategy will shape policy and expenditure on services for the county. As part of the Community Strategy, a Performance Management Group (PMG) has been created to:

Scrutinise actions and targets set out in the Herefordshire Community Strategy (previously called the Partnership Plan)

Be responsible for assessing activities against guding principles
- Report progress to Partnership Board
The VSA has a place on the PMG and will assist in overseeing the delivery of the Community Strategy, scrutinising performance and will report to the Partnership Board on the progress of the delivery of the Community Strategy.
