Come along to the Kindle Centre on 12 February 2008 and get a free check up.
We have designed this event for committee members, volunteers and staff of charities, voluntary and community groups, to get a flavour of the support available in all of these areas:
- Are you fit for funding?
- Making the internet work for your group
- Sharing the load more effectively across your volunteer team.
- Fit for purpose? Check the “health” of your group
If there is the demand we can arrange childcare and transport. We hope that working people or those who have other commitments will be able to attend either the afternoon or the repeat session in the evening.
2.30pm – 5.15pm Opened by Cllr John Stone, Chair of Herefordshire Council
High Tea (available from 5.15pm to 6.15pm) Join your VSA Reps for a chat and discuss any issues that are affecting your group.
5.45 pm – 8.45pm Opened by Mr Chris Bull, Chief Executive of Herefordshire Council and Herefordshire Primary Healthcare Trust
The day will also be an opportunity for you to find out about proposed changes to the VSA terms of reference. There will be a further VSA Assembly later in 2008.
