Introduction to Commissioning-Guidance now available
The Commission for the Compact has produced a very useful summary of the four stages to Compact Compliant commissioning. It is aimed a local authority staff as well as third (community and voluntary) sector organisations.
The four stages covered are:
- Analysis
- Planning
- Sourcing
- Monitoring and Review
The VSA was particularly pleased to note that this guidance emphasises the need to retain grant funding where appropriate for maintaining local diversity.
