Herefordshire Council is conducting a consultation entitled 'No Wrong Door' about setting up locality teams for Children & Young
People and their Families in Herefordshire. The Locality Teams aim to improve outcomes by being
- locally accessible
• needs led
• customer focused
• designed to address gaps in provision
• designed to shift entrenched disadvantage in some areas
• focused on improving assessment processes
• focused on strengthening the role of the lead professional
• focused on improving transitions
Workshops are planned for February and March to consult families.
