£5,000 available to create a new job
Your organisation could benefit from a government initiative aimed at
creating new jobs. Up to £4,000 will be available for the employment costs of each new job. In addition there could be (dependant on eligibility) a £1,000 Recruitment Subsidy, and the possibility of up to £1,500 to provide in-work training.
Each Job must be:-
- New - The funding cannot be used to fill current vacant posts
- A minimum of 25 hours per week and last for at least 6 months
- Paid at the national Minimum Wage
- Be of benefit to the local community
Who will the Jobs be for?
- Young unemployed individuals aged between 19 and 24 years old or
- Individuals resident in the Central Ward of Hereford City.
