Public Law is a little understood but presents a highly useful tool that anybody, including the Voluntary and Community Sector, can use to challenge the way decisions are taken by public bodies.
Other VCS organisations have used Public Law Principles to make public sector funders reverse decisions to remove funding! However to succeed you need to understand the principles and the process. This course will help you get started and give you a range of resources to draw on in the future.
