50 good deeds or one Golden Deed in 2010
In 2010 Cargill Meats Europe will celebrate 50 years since our founding as Sun Valley by a co-operative of local Herefordshire farmers in 1960.
Cargill want to celebrate with our people, our community and are therefore seeking projects for 2010 around the theme of 50 good deeds or one Golden Deed.
Cargill's successful projects will need to deliver a benefit against a focus area, namely:
1. Environmental Stewardship – Water conservation
2. Health & Nutrition
3. Innovation in Education

Ideas need to be submitted by end October 2009. Cargill will then ask all of their Hereford employees to vote on a shortlist of three during November. Shortlisted projects will be asked to provide an A4 poster for their notice boards to help employees to select the best project.
